The location of the complex is excellent, close to retail shops, movies, restaurants, medical care, highways and libraries. Also has good bus commuting to Washington, D.C.

We feel as though we are part of a community, not individuals living in an apartment complex. We enjoy the activities and are comfortable joining any social group. The building is well maintained, maintenance needs are attended to quickly and efficiently. We feel like we are in a secure environment, especially important as we grow older and for our children's peace of mind.

Being in the heart of "Downtown Columbia" there are pros and cons. Traffic can be an issue. Easy mobility to the Mall in Columbia and immediate restaurants are a plus.
