The location of the complex is excellent, close to retail shops, movies, restaurants, medical care, highways and libraries. Also has good bus commuting to Washington, D.C.

We feel as though we are part of a community, not individuals living in an apartment complex. We enjoy the activities and are comfortable joining any social group. Being in the heart of "Downtown Columbia" there are pros and cons. Traffic can be an issue. Easy mobility to the Mall in Columbia and immediate restaurants are a plus.
